"In my initial research I was impressed with the website content. It was very sleek, organized and inviting. Meanwhile I had emailed the store with a question about a set . Before morning they had responded with a respectful reply. I decided to drive 45 min to the store the next morning.. Completely worth the trip! I was treated by a fully stocked yet nicely displayed showroom that made it easy to shop! What I loved was that no staff approached me for a good half hour as I made at least three walkabouts. Eventually Denise came by with a power drill in hand to say hi and offer her assistance. She was very genuine and friendly. I wasn’t ready for help yet but after another half hour I sought out her help. I ended purchasing exactly what I came shopping for; new living and recreation room furniture. She made excellent recommendations and made the purchase a pleasure. A couple of added complimentary treats were a nice touch.
