When I'm looking for furniture for any room in the house (and I've had to get fair bit), I always go to Simply Home first to "window shop" and then comparison shop at "the other" furniture stores. Inevitably I end up returning to Simply Home to get what I first picked out on my furniture shopping "adventure". The sales staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to find and the price was great! The customer service was also great AND it was delivered just hours later! The delivery was so quick and easy, the delivery men were only at our home for no more than 5-10 minutes and that was bringing into our home and installment. All and all a great experience and I will be back for more!"

For this purchase of a love seat for our newly purchased home, we dealt with Chad, Justin and Heather, who were all very helpful with our decision making. "In my initial research I was impressed with the website content. It was very sleek, organized and inviting. Meanwhile I had emailed the store with a question about a set . Before morning they had responded with a respectful reply. I decided to drive 45 min to the store the next morning.. Completely worth the trip! I was treated by a fully stocked yet nicely displayed showroom that made it easy to shop! What I loved was that no staff approached me for a good half hour as I made at least three walkabouts. Eventually Denise came by with a power drill in hand to say hi and offer her assistance. She was very genuine and friendly. I wasn’t ready for help yet but after another half hour I sought out her help. I ended purchasing exactly what I came shopping for; new living and recreation room furniture. She made excellent recommendations and made the purchase a pleasure. A couple of added complimentary treats were a nice touch. I look forward to receiving my custom orders in a few weeks, which were built from the floor stock options. A great Canadian company that I’m happy to support and highly recommend."

"We visited your 900 King Street location on March 28, 2022 and needed a power recliner for our mother who was moving into the Villa Care Center in Midland . The sales representative, Heather was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect recliner with user friendly controls. We required it within 2 days and Heather made the arrangements ,it was in my mom's room and set up the Wednesday morning as promised.
